Custom video production
For a finished promotional video, interviews, ground-camera footage, storytelling, or more involved editing, we develop the project together with an agreed scope and budget.
Capture: $300 half-day (up to four hours) or $600 full-day. Editing: $75/hour. These are production rates, not finished-video package prices.

Before you book
Choose a package and send the location and a few details. I’ll review coverage, flight feasibility, and scheduling, then confirm the total before you commit.
What files will I receive?
Photos are full-resolution JPEGs with standard exposure, color, cropping, and straightening. Extensive retouching, object removal, labels, and graphics are extra and must be agreed separately.
Video is normal-color 4K unless other recording settings are agreed before the shoot. Original recordings are unedited and untrimmed and can contain repositioning, imperfect shots, or unsuccessful takes. Tests, unrelated footage, and unusable files are excluded. Six-recording packages include six selected original recordings. No trimming, music, or finished video is included. On-location time is not continuous recording time.
Travel charges
Travel is based on one-way road mileage from a consistent starting point in Creston. Each listed charge covers the round trip and applies per visit.

Applicable sales tax is additional. Construction travel is charged for all three visits; your full total is confirmed before booking.
Payment and booking
No payment is needed to inquire. For packages plus add-ons under $300, excluding travel and tax, payment is due before file delivery. At $300 or more, a deposit of 50% of the full invoice—including travel and tax—confirms the booking. The balance is due before delivery. Construction packages are paid fully upfront.
Bookings depend on the location, agreed coverage, scheduling, safe conditions, and any required flight authorization. No final files are released until payment is complete.
Weather, access, and cancellations
You arrange permission to enter the property and access to a suitable takeoff and landing area. I determine safe flight conditions and handle required airspace authorization. Particular heights, angles, and dates cannot be guaranteed.
Weather, safety, or a problem on my end can require rescheduling without a cancellation fee. If agreed coverage cannot be captured safely, we’ll agree on an alternative, reschedule, or appropriate refund.
Customer cancellations within 24 hours or failure to provide agreed access incur a $50 fee. Remaining prepaid funds can be refunded or transferred to a new date. If you cancel the remaining construction visits, unused visits are refunded at $150 each for photos or $250 each for photos + video, along with unincurred travel, less any applicable late-cancellation fee.
Delivery and downloads
Files are ready within five business days after each completed visit and released after payment. Your download link remains available for 30 days after delivery. Please download and back up your files promptly; availability after 30 days is not guaranteed.
How may I use the files?
You may use the delivered files for your own marketing, property listings, and documentation, and share them with your realtor, contractor, or video editor. Reselling the files or transferring copyright requires a separate agreement.
I’ll get permission before using private documentation or construction-progress images in my portfolio.
